Terms of Service

By using autoweave.io or engaging Autoweave for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Autoweave provides custom software development, workflow automation, and technology consulting services for small and medium businesses. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all code, accounts, and deliverables produced during your engagement. Autoweave retains no proprietary rights to your project assets.

3. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or retainer agreement. All pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Late payments may result in paused work until the balance is resolved.

4. Limitation of Liability

Autoweave's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. Retainer agreements can be paused or cancelled at any time.
